Sea Crest on Siesta Key offers a variety of living arrangements, including one two-bedroom unit, one efficiency and 33 one-bedroom units, at very affordable prices. All units have separate bedrooms, are fully furnished and equipped with cable TV, central heat and air. Linens are provided and each kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. FREE Wireless internet access available on Sea Crest grounds.
Our on-site management team handles all of the arrangements for our rental condominiums, including reservations and maintenance. For you, this means that all of the details to make your stay with us a memorable one will receive prompt, courteous and efficient attention. Minimum stay is generally one week (Saturday - Saturday). A 3 - 6 night stay may be arranged (via office contact only) - in some of our units.

Reservations
- Confirmed reservations require a $500 advanced deposit.
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 60 days in advance. There will be a cancellation fee of $300. $200 will be refunded to your credit card.
- Cancellations made between 61 and 30 days will result in the forfeiture of the $500 deposit.
- FAILURE TO CANCEL 30 days in advance will result in full rental charge payment.
- Full payment / balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- No refunds given for early departures or late arrivals.

AGE RESTRICTIONS MAY APPLY, LAUNDRY FACILITIES ON SITE, NO TENTS ALLOWED ON BEACH OR SEA CREST PROPERTY
Occupancy
- One week minimum reservation during high season. Three night minimum in “off-season” (plus $135 to $200 cleaning fee; any additional charges will automatically be charged to your credit card. $150 resort fee).
- Rates based on 1 or 2 guests in our 1-bedroom or efficiency units and 1-4 guests in our 2-bedroom unit.
- All units are NON-SMOKING
- Each additional guest over 5 years of age (if accommodations permit) $10 per day per guest.
- NO PETS of any kind are allowed.
Parking
- Each Unit will be issued ONE parking permit to be displayed in vehicle. Parking spaces coordinate with Unit #. Parking is limited.
- Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
Guests/Visitors
- Sea Crest office must be notified of additional guests prior to their arrival. Payment for extra guests must be processed before arrival.
- Maximum non-renting guests per unit is 4 visitors.
- Each Unit is provided with the use of 2 beach towels during guest’s stay.
- Sea Crest now offers complimentary beach chair service.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be done in writing (or email) 61 days prior to arrival with a $300.00 forfeit of the $500 deposit payment. If cancellation occurs after 61 days, the entire $500.00 deposit will be forfeited.
Failure to cancel 30 days in advance will incur the full amount to be charged to your credit card.
